CAS has an active Parent-Teacher Fellowship. It is recommended that families be involved in PTF activities. Following are the Parent-Teacher Fellowship bylaws.

• To promote unity through parent programs, fellowship, effective communications and encouragement.
• To continually improve and enhance the quality of our school.
• To be a positive public relations agency to our community.
• To develop a strong, common purpose between educators and parents that will promote the highest ideas of physical, mental, social and spiritual education.

Authority Structure - The PTF shall function in conjunction with the administration of the school.

Membership - Parents of students enrolled in Christian Academy School are eligible for membership. Faculty of CAS shall be members by virtue of position. A majority vote by members present at a PTF meeting shall constitute a quorum.

Office and Duties - Officers for the PTF Executive Committee are elected in May to serve the following year.

President — presides at all meetings, coordinates the work of the Fellowship, coordinates the work of the Executive Committee and all other committees, and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned him/her by the PTF.

Vice President — shall act as aid to the President and shall perform the duties of the President in the absence of the President, and shall chair committees as needed.

Secretary - shall record minutes of all meetings of the PTF and Executive Committee meetings and shall perform other duties as delegated to him/her.

Fund Raising Coordinator — shall coordinate all fund raising events.
